SHIPPING INFORMATION 

We have a 4 week lead time on all parts. 
This means that it will take us at least 4 weeks to customize the POD.   
Please allow 4 weeks to ship your item from the day you ordered. It takes time to find, prepare and make sure the product is made to your specific instructions. Depending on the part it might be at your doorstep sooner. Don't forget, there are others waiting for their item too! We make all the effort to get your product to you as soon as possible. Remember, we care about quality and satisfied customers.

  • Please allow 4 weeks to customize the gauge pod
  • Before item is shipped, it is inspected for quality assurance
  • Items are bubble wrapped and cushioned for extra protection
  • We only ship United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Tracking number will be emailed to you when item is shipped

  

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All of Ortiz Custom Pods Gauge Pods come with a 6 months warranty.
Warranty covers:
  • Cracking
  • Paint
  • Fitment Issues
  • Broken Clips
Contact Sales@OrtizCustomPods.com to use the warranty and get your pod repaired.
All pods repaired outside of the warranty will be charged a $40.00 fee to cover repair costs. This will be invoiced through Paypal and clearly noted in item details.

 

 

RETURN POLICY


Return/Refund:

  • Should there be an issue with your part please review the following guidelines to qualify for repair/refund. Costs of shipping will be refunded to the customer VIA Pay Pal so long as they follow our requests.
- Packages must be sent the cheapest method possible. Generally the United States Postal Service (USPS) is the cheapest option.
-Customer must provide an itemized receipt to receive the refund. The receipt can be sent to us via Email or a copy can be included in the package being shipped back to us. If we do not get an itemized receipt we will not be able to process a refund.

Items excluded from refunds:
-Packaging materials purchased (Tape, boxes, peanuts etc..)
-Signature requests
-Insurance placed on package
-Express shipping
 
All refunds will be processed only after the item is received back at our shop.
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving item

  • Refunds will be given as: (1) An exchange or (2) Money back

  • Must provide Return Address

ALL ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. 


MILITARY DISCOUNT

WE DO OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT TO ALL SERVICE MEMBERS AND VETERANS. PLEASE CONTACT US ABOUT RECEIVING A MILITARY DISCOUNT. 

DISCOUNTS ARE BASED ON THE PRICE OF AN ITEM AND RANGE FROM 5%- 10%.

PROOF OF SERVICE WILL BE REQUESTED. A PICTURE ID OR OTHER FORM OF PROOF WILL BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE BE SURE TO BLOCK OUT ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION.
